Privacy and sharing
Your invitation information
The service stores your account, invitation details, uploaded photos, generated artwork, exports, payment records and guest responses to provide invitations. Upload only photos you have permission to use. Accepted uploads are re-encoded to remove embedded metadata such as GPS location.
Optional AI artwork
Artwork generation sends the selected photographs to fal.ai for moderation and image processing after you explicitly request it. Provider processing and retention are governed by the provider’s terms; this application does not promise zero provider retention. Ordinary photo uploads do not automatically request AI artwork.
Sharing with guests
Publishing creates a fixed copy of your saved invitation. Anyone with an unprotected link can view and forward it. Add a passcode for extra protection and share that separately. Links expire and can be unpublished from your dashboard. Expiry and unpublishing restrict access; they do not delete stored information or copies already downloaded by guests.
Responses, cookies and external services
Guest names and party sizes are visible to the invitation host, not other guests. Cookies maintain sign-in, invitation passcode access and a guest’s RSVP. Your browser remembers project and render identifiers to resume work. Calendar, maps and sharing tools open external services only when you choose them. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay; the application does not collect card numbers.
Your controls
Signed-in users can download their stored invitation details and responses, unpublish links, delete individual projects, or delete their account. Deletion disables access immediately and then removes application-managed database records and stored media. The JSON export does not contain original image or video files. Copies already downloaded by guests, provider-held copies and backups follow their respective retention processes.
Deletes every invitation project, photo, artwork, export, RSVP and your sign-in account. Payment records required for reconciliation are detached from your account.
