Terms of service

Tools to design invitation videos, printable cards and guest invitation links for weddings, engagements and housewarmings. Designing and previewing are free. Downloads and published guest links are paid for with credits.

You can start designing without an account. To buy credits, generate painted portraits, download files or publish a link, you sign in with Google. Keep access to that Google account secure; anything done while signed in to it is treated as done by you.

You must be at least 13 years old, the minimum age for a Google account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make any purchase.

Upload only photographs you are entitled to use, of people who have agreed to appear in the invitation. You remain the owner of what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it, including sending it to our image-generation provider when you ask for painted portraits, only so we can make and deliver your invitation. Do not upload anything unlawful, sexual, hateful or harmful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. Photographs may be checked automatically, and we may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

Portraits are made by an AI image model from your photographs, in the style of the design you choose. They aim to look like the people in them but are artistic interpretations, and details can differ from the originals. Every invitation can be previewed in full before you spend credits, so please check it before downloading. If a delivered file is faulty, we will send a corrected copy, as described in the refund policy.

Credits are bought in bundles, shown on the pricing page in Indian rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card details. Credits are non-refundable once bought. They do not expire and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside this service.

Refunds and cancellations are covered by the refund policy.

Everything we sell is digital. Videos and printable PDFs are delivered to your account for download, usually within a few minutes of ordering. Guest links go live as soon as they are published. Nothing is shipped; see shipping and delivery.

A published link stays available for the period you choose, up to 180 days, unless you unpublish it sooner. Anyone with the link can view the invitation unless you add a passcode. You are responsible for whom you share it with.

Your finished invitation is for your own personal, non-commercial use: sharing with guests, printing, and posting on your own social media. The designs, artwork, templates and software remain ours or our licensors’. You may not resell, redistribute or reuse the designs themselves, or copy or scrape the service.

We work to keep the service running and your files safe, but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything you download.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

You can delete your account at any time from Privacy and sharing. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we close the service, we will give reasonable notice and refund the value of credits you have not used.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pithapuram, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
