Shipping and delivery

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, there are no shipping charges, and we never ask for a delivery address.
What you receive
Credits, which you spend on invitation videos, printable PDFs and guest invitation links. Everything is delivered online, inside your account.
Credits
Credits are added to your account as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes.
Videos and PDFs
When you spend credits on a download, the file is made for you and appears in your account, usually within a few minutes. Please save your own copy once it is ready, as files are not kept on our servers indefinitely.
Guest links
A guest link goes live as soon as you publish it.
Charges
The price shown on the pricing page, in Indian rupees, is the full amount you pay. There are no shipping or handling charges.
If something hasn’t arrived
If credits haven’t appeared within an hour of payment, or a download is still not ready after 30 minutes, email support@vaibhavaminvites.com with the order ID from your receipts. We reply within 2 business days and will deliver it or refund the payment, as set out in the refund policy.
